Parcel \******\" at Benoni post office"

I was at the Benoni post office last week Friday after receiving a note that my parcel from China had arrived. When I got there, to my amazement, the post office had a break in. I looked around and no sign of any break in. My and a few other unfortunate people's parcels had been ******. I asked what do I do now? I was told that the procedure to recover ****** goods was too long and was kinda given the feeling that I should just accept that my stuff is \gone\". No real help what so ever! They gave me a form that meant nothing really. Half the info I did not know what to fill in. One of the ladies went to the items that were damaged after the break in. She seemed rather amazed that there was a bottle of Nivea Lotion. Her eyes were like \" Hey, u coming home with me tonight\" I may be wrong and I feel bad making accusations, but that's the notion that came across. I hope someone can investigate that branch. Many people had bad experiences with that specific branch."
