Parcel STILL sitting after more then 2months!

I bought a present for my sister on eBay, it arrived in SA on 7/16/2017 - I had a tracking number so I was able to check everyday where it was...eventually when i checked on 8/15/2017, the comment was "Missed Delivery/Attempted delivery today" which i knew was'nt true because I had been home on that date. After phoning (and waiting for over 20min for a consultant) I was given the domestic tracking number for tracking my parcel - and according to this number (ASSOCIATED WITH THE SAME PACKAGE) it only arrived at the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) on 2017-08-30!!!

WHERE THE HELL IS MY PARCEL?!?!?!
