Parcel still missing after 2years

<p>I ordered goods from Germany in 2014 parcel arrived in JHB within three days! Then the trouble started, filled in the forms for the missing parcel at the Post Office three times before it got loaded onto the system. Then got e-mail communications from a Eugenia lately I get a "out of office" response from her email. This morning I phoned the call centre only to be told that the matter is still under investigation, after asking how long I would have to wait for this to be resolved I got the standard answer that it will be completed when its done! On my question "and what if it takes ten years?" the call got misteriously cut off. Surely there must be a cut-off time that if a parcel is not found within a prescribed period the matter should be closed and the refunds processed. the call centre is as uselees at the POST OFFICE as a whole! Please close this as my tax money is being wasted by these oxygen ******* thats suppose to provide a plubic service.</p>
