Parcel still at wispos (HUB)

I sent a parcel to Bisho Eastern Cape in July and there are items that are urgently needed to be used in there but even now when I track my parcel if it has arrived to the relevant person I see that it is still in Wispos (HUB). This is not what you (SAPO) promised your customers. <br> It is really not fair how you perform and not even getting back to us the relevant person if there are any issues we should be aware of. It will be very difficult to use your services again because you not reliable and simply don't care.
