Parcel still at JIMC A?I’d like to find out

Good Day My parcel arrived is South Africa from overseas on the 2/08/2018 and the tracking app shows that it is at JIMC A,it has been sitting there for a month now and i’ve already been waiting 5 months for this parcel(it is one item,that’s all).It finally arrived in SA and has taken another damn month and still...NOTHING.I would really like to know where it is or what is happening with it.
