Parcel STILL at JIMC after 1 month
My parcel has been at JIMC since 4th March and it has been a month already. A backlog cannot possibly take that long to clear. Tracking number RI***ZA. Please sort this now and don't give me excuses like we are experiencing delays and it will be released as soon as the section clears their backlog. That information serves no purpose.
