Parcel still at JHB International Mail Centre (HUB)

Parcel stil at JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB) I have a parcel that has been in the country since 27 September 2018, more than a month and a half later it is still at the "HUB" even though it has already been to customs. Surely it doesn't take that long to process a package.
