Parcel STILL at JHB International Mail Centre HUB

<p>I purchased an item from the Nertherlands, it took two days for the item to land in SA(28 Feb 2017), it took 9 days to clear customs (9 March 2017), one day to be transfered from customs to JIMC (HUB) (10 March)and then it is erroneously sent to the wrong post office on 13 March 2017 where after it takes more than 10 days before it is scanned again as STILL at JIMC (HUB) on 23 March 2017! I have been phoning every hour between 8am and 4pm every working day for the past week without speaking to a single person. I really just want to know when i can expect the parcel at Randpark Ridge PO, tracking no: II ********** 68ZA or if i can arrange for collection of the parcel with someone.</p>
