Parcel still at JHB International Hub

A friend from Namibia send me a parcel on 10 August 2017. It arrived at the Jhb Hub on the 15 August.( http://prntscr.com/h2mt2x) I did an inquiry with the South African Post Office and they confirmed that the package was not scanned yet. Its now 27/10/2017 and still no package I cant believe this poor service on South Africa side
