Parcel still at JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB) for several weeks, no delivery attempts

I have a parcel that has been in country since 11 February, more than a three weeks later it is still at the post office even though it has already been released from customs. My parcel number is EE ********** 38NG and the last status is "Arrived at post office," It seems no delivery attempt has been made in the last 3 weeks and nobody tends to the customer service contact number or the email inbox. I have tried calling several times with no response.
