Parcel still at JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB)

<p>My parcel (RS ********** 15CN) still in JHB INT Mail centre ( hub) from 25 April 2017, I do not know how the parcel can take that long to be process and sent to customer, I tried to call but no one is responding, please help.</p>
