Parcel still at JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB)

My husband has a parcel that has been in the country since 08/09/2018 ,2 months later it is still at the JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB). Surely it can't take that long to process something.

It seems that everyone is having issues with JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB),why are our parcels being kept in Johannesburg? How many peoples parcels have been kept there? and what do they do with all those packages that are suppose to arrive at its destination? Please make sure that my husbands parcel gets to Cape Town ASAP!
