Parcel still at JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB)

Parcel stil at JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB) I have a parcel with tracking number RT ********** 44HK that has been in the country since 27 September 2018, more than a month and a half later it is still at the "HUB"even though it has already been to customs. Surely it does not take that long to process a package.
