Parcel still at JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB)

How do I find out where our parcel is? Incoming International on 2018-01-04, To Customs on 2018-01-17, From Customs on 2018-01-17, In Transit on 2018-01-18. To date there is NO way to track this parcel. It has been "in transit" for 6 days now and there is no way to contact the Customer Care Centre. The phone just keeps ringing! You can visit the website to track the parcel, but is still "In Transit"...
