Parcel Still at JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB)

I ordered some things online about three months ago and the delivery deadline was the 24th of December 2017 and I still haven't received my goods because they are stuck at the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB). My Tracking number is RG ********** 31BE. Can someone please assist me. I am uncertain as to why my goods still haven't been delivered to the local post office?
