Parcel still at International Mail Hub

This parcel arrived in South Africa on the 17th of August. This is the second time I am receiving the same parcel as the previous one was sent back, because it took too long and was delivered to the wrong Post Office.

I have called the International Mail Centre, but it is difficult to get through and I cannot hold on for someone to answer. I have sent several emails, but I am not getting a response.
