Parcel stil at JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB) since 2017-04-13

I live in Cape Town and have a parcel (RS ********** 89CN) that has been in the country and arrived at CAPEMAIL (HUB) on 2017-04-12. Then it went to JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) on 2017-04-13 for some reason. It has just stayed there since. I have mailed customer services and had a response, which was just someone replying by asking someone else to help and CC'd them in the mail (2017-08-24). It is now 2018-01-23 and have no update on the status of my parcel. This is ridiculous!! I don't know what else to do...I just want what I paid for!
