Parcel stil at JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB) and no one is picking up the phone

<p>Please note that my parcel has been with JHB INT Mail Centre from 24/04/17 and no feedback has been provided. I tried calling several times without success. The service is very poor and unacceptable. Can I please have what I paid for.</p> <p> </p>
