Parcel stil at JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB)

I have a parcel that has been in country more than a month later it is still at the \HUB" I haven't received any communication if i need to pay a fee or if it has been cleared. My last update is: Johannesburg, Awaiting for Declarative Procedures
