Parcel stil at JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB)

<p>I have a parcel that has been in country since 15 January 2017, nearly two months later it is still at the "HUB"even though it has already been to customs. Surely it can't take that long to process something.</p> <p> </p> <p>What can I do?</p> <p> </p> <p>Does not help trying to call your contact numbers - no answer - for days now..............</p> <p> </p> <p>My tracking numbers are as follows:</p> <p>LK ********** 41US</p> <p> RI ********** 67ZA</p>
