Parcel stil at JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB)

I have placed this order and it has been in the country from the 30 November just stuck at the sorting Centre and no one is able to tell me how long it will take to be cleared and when I call the post office I left on hold for 30 minutes. Surely someone can assist me
