Parcel stil at JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB)

My internation parcel arrived at customs on the 7th of December and is stil stuck at customs . How long does it take to process a parcel ?? My tracking number is EA ********** 99NL .

I need my parcel urgently .

Also no reply on my emails sent to customer care.
