Parcel stil at JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB)

Good day,

I have a very be concern with JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB). I have been waiting for my parcel for almost over a month and did not get any notice or updated of my parcel.

The parcel arrived in the country early this month and I have been calling all over the country to find out where it is and when im getting it. The product was purchased because I was under the impression that I will get in before the 28th of this month. All the people iv spoken to tell me the product is at the JHB mail centre and has not been processed yet. Truly this process cannot take so long and its impossible to get hold of the people dealing with this.

I just think its unfear that it takes so long, Because of this long complicated process my son will not get his gift on his birth day.

Please can someone please assist me with this and please can I get a answer why my product have not arrived at my local post office or is it that I am in CT that is why my product has not been processed. Please can someone give me a contact number of the HOD of this department or give me a contact number to someone that I can follow up with the progress of my item.

I don't understand why I have to wait this long its not like its drugs or ******* stuff. please can I get a answer asap as my sons birth day is this coming Friday.
