Parcel stil at JHB INT Mail Centre (HUB)

<p>I have got a parcel lying at the JHB INT Mail Centre as from 18 January 2017 , it only cleared customs on 29 January 2017. There is no further communication or movement on the package, it is now 08 February 2017 surely it can not take so long for the package to move from JHB to DBN.</p>
