Parcel status not updated and not yet arrived

I posted a parcel with tracking number of PE***ZA at the Leaping Frog branch in fourways on 29th of Oct. <br> When I tracked the parcel online, it only shows picked up on the 30th of Oct and in transit on 31st of Oct, and nothing else has been updated since then.<br> I don't know who to call and I don't even know if my parcel is still around or ******??!!<br> <br>
