Parcel sitting in Durban Hub for 6 days
Tracking number PE 828 378 681 ZA has been sitting in Durban Hub for 6 days now. 10 Days since it was posted in Somerset West. Please can someone put some effort into life and deliver this parcel to where it should go (Northdene) as a matter of urgency. A discount should be offered on parcels that take longer than the normal time or a credit given against the payment for \services not rendered on time". Thank you"""
