Parcel sitting at Witspos hub since 22March 2015
PA***ZA has been sitting at Witspos hub since 22 March 2015. After numerous e-mails I have received no feedback. This is unacceptable service with a no care attitude. I want to know where my goods are.<br>

17 Apr 2015, 09:04Hello QMC1975,
Thank you for your comment.
PA***ZA was scanned at Witspos for Germiston on 2015-03-22 and there are no further records on it.
Your query has been further investigated and regrettably the item could not be located.
In this instance to enable enquiries to commence into this matter we require the sender of the package to log a manual inquiry with the branch of origin.
The matter will be referred to Security and Investigation and final investigation report will be communicated the with the branch manager who will then contact the sender with the concluding update.
I can understand this may be inconvenient, however, to align with guidelines set out by Universal Postal Union, we require all investigations for missing or delayed articles to be lodged with the post office.
Please note that sender is also required to submit a copy of their proof of postage.
On behalf of the company , please accept our sincere apology for the distress occasioned from this unfortunate incidence.
Regards
Customer Service
