Parcel sent to wrong post office branch

<p>I got an SMS notification last week, informing me that my international parcel had arrived and was available for collection in Potchefstroom. My post box is in Hazyview, and that is where I collect all my mail and packages. I sent four emails to the customer care, informing them of this mistake and requesting that my parcel be sent to my PO Box in Hazyview so I can collect it. The response I got was not helpful at all; the lady simply started that my parcel was in Potchefstroom and was ready for collection. All I needed, all I need, is for my parcel to be sent to the right Post Office so I can collect it and put all this unpleasantness behind me. </p>
