Parcel sent to wrong part of the country

I would like to know how this is possible,that a parcel destined for Stilfontein in the North West is now sitting atbthe hub in P.E?This is the tracking number PE***ZA.As for the person who helped me,or a lack thereof,he Had such a dont care attitude,couldnt even assist me properly,had a ******* attitude,as if it was my job to know what to do.This is the second time I have been to this branch and got this **** attitude from the guy behind the counter
