Parcel sent to wrong city - no answer at callcentr
What is happening at the Post Office lately. My parcel was sent from George to Port Elizabeth a week ago and trackntrace now shows it is sitting in Pretoria??? PE***ZA is in the TSHWANE Hub. Tried calling the Post Office call centre on Friday and gave up after 30 minutes. Today I have been on the line for 35 minutes as I am typing this. This is becoming the norm lately and I am fed up using SAPO. Is anyone still working there that can answer a phone!?!?

PE***ZA was scanned at Tshwane Mail Centre on 24/04/15 and a request has been forwarded to the section to have it released to its intended location.
