Parcel sent to Cape town instead of JHB

Hi<br> <br> My parcel was shipped from China on 18/04/2015 with tracking number RO***CN and it was scanned at JHB INT Mail centre (HUB) on 29/05/2015 and the tracking number was updated to RI***ZA then it went through to customs on 03/06/2015.<br> <br> On 05/06/2015 it left customs then it was scanned at Cape mail(HUB) on 12/06/2015, the parcel is addressed to be delivered in Gauteng, Sunninghill. What is it doing in Cape town? Can't the people who sort the parcels read??
