Parcel sent from US on 18 September, 2014 missing
A friend sent me an important parcel (reference number LC***US) from the US on the 18th of September last year. I have called the SAPO call centre twice and only once got through to an employee after being on hold for 15 minutes. He didn't have an answer for me. More recently I went to the Sunnyside Post Office to see if they knew anything but their system was down as it was on earlier visits.<br> <br> In the meanwhile I have received parcels sent more recently so I can't imagine this one is still stuck at customs after 5 months.

The above mentioned number is not recognised as a tracking number but a custom number and we are unable to pick records on it as the service used doesn't include a tracking option.
