Parcel Sent back

I had a parcel that was delivered to Parklands - Post Office...Sent our lady to the post office my parcel was sent back...

When I received the post office notification slip I immediately sent emails to enquire if it could be delivered to the post office in Ennerdale where I reside....up until today, no one has the decency to contact me or let me know. The service is bad, you don't put your customers needs first.
