Parcel send incorrectly

I send a parcel on Friday 8 January 2016 from Milnerton post office to Daveyton. Sydney told me it will take 3 working day to get to Daveyton. Today 18 January 2016 I notice on the track and trace website the parcel is in Springs. I called Springs (Tel: ***) who informed me a whole container from Germiston was send incorrectly to them. I then called Germiston Hub and Spoke to Malcolm that is not even aware that they send parcels incorrectly. He then said casually if it happen Spring will just send it back. Its now 6 working days and counting I need the parcel to be delivered at the door.
