Parcel seems lost

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I ordered a parcel from overseas, which took all of 10 days from order date to arriving at JIMC. But since then the parcel has been going back and forth between Customs and JIMC incoming mail centre. It has been doing that swince 7th April. It arrived at JIMC, were there for 3 days, then to customs for 2 weeks, then back to JIMC Incoming, then back to Customs, now it says it is back at JIMC Incoming again????</p> <p>When you phone customer service, all they say is that they have a back log, and that customs closed for weekend, holidays etc. How can they be closed with such a huge back log, and why does my parcel go back and forth all the time?</p> <p> </p>
