Parcel RX***DE =RI***Z stuck at witpos since 01/06/2018

My Parcel RX ********** 03DE =RI ********** 14ZA has been at the Witpos Mail Center since 01/06/2018, i have communicated with countless numbers of staff who some are clueless and some tried to help to no avail. I think it is time the Post office have responsible and dedicated members of staff and new Management. It is sad to hear while on a telephone call with the staff that the supervisor can't come to the telephone because i don't sound angry or at least sound White.
