Parcel RI***ZA stuck at WITSPOS HUB for over a month!

<p>My parcel arrived in the country on th 21/05/2016, arrived at Germiston Hub on the 8/06/2016 and was sent back to the WITSPOS HUB on the 10/06/2016, it is now over a month later! and after countless calls and reference numbers no body at the SA Post office can tell me where my parcel is. nobody returns calls or e-mails. i cannot go through to the hub to check where my things are so where do i go from here?? do i go through to the Police station to report my goods stollen?</p>
