Parcel returned to mail hub.

I have sent an email to customer service in December last year, have not had a response yet.

Email quoted below:

"RS ********** 16CN

Bhavik Daya ********** 19/12/2017

to customer.suppo., support Good day

The above parcel shows to have been sent back to the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) I wish to know how I can claim this parcel or if it can be sent back to the Bakerton post office.

I did not receive a notification that the parcel was at the post office and was out the country for a month and a half at that time.

Your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
