Parcel returned to CHINA after I didn't receive a collection notice

What HORRIBLE service. After waiting 5 months for a package and constantly phoning to hear where my parcel is only to waist my airtime and not have the phone answered, I have now been informed that my package has been returned to CHINA because I did not collect the item (Note that I never received any indication in the form of a collection notice that my parcel has arrived) and I was informed that I can't collect my package if I don't have the collection slip the didn't send me! STAY AWAY FROM USING THE POST OFFICE AS A SHIPPING METHOD, rather pay more for Aramex, DHL or PostNet
