Parcel released to wrong client!

The Rynfield post office gave my parcel to a JJ Jessica. Tracking number EA ********** 23CN. Parcel was singed for on 11 April in the afternoon. This contains over R2500 worth of stock. How can they make such a mistake and not make contact with the client to resolve this. I want answers. If JJ Jessica does not return my 10 hoodies then I want her to transfer the funds to my account or I will be contacting a lawyer! She also runs a business so she should know better. That is THEFT AND *****!
