Parcel Posted on Monday the 3rd August not arrived

I am deeply disappointed with the service of SA post office since after the strike.I had a parcel sent on 3rd August,a dress I need to wear at a Wedding on Friday,the lady assisting promised that it would take 3 to 4 working days,I atleast expected the parcel on Friday last week and I still have not recieved it.I tracked it and all it says is that the parcel is in transit.I called customer service and they told me they dont know when I can expect it.This really is unacceptable.
