Parcel paid expensive for Air - not moving

Bad services. I walked into Heilbron Post Office asking for help to send a parcel. I asked for the fastest option and was told by Air. I paid R321.90 and was told approximately 14 days. Its 13 days. It took 3 days for Welkom to pick up from Heilbron and from 21st its in Welkom Hub. It never moved. 13 days is one day away from 14 days. Why did I pay that much for that parcel for it to be lying in Welkom all he time? Package CV***ZA. Iam very upset with SA Post Office
