Parcel opened - No communication

On the 13th of February 2015 around 1600hrs, I i posted a parcel from Rosebank Post Office. The items in the package were 4 dresses that I was returning back to an online shop called Spree. I was told the items would arrive in Cape Town on Monday or latest Tuesday. <br> <br> On Tuesday i got a call from someone from Speed Services enquiring whether i had sent an empty box. I explained to the agent that i indicated on the slip that there were items of clothing on the box and that someone at the Rosebank Post Office had weighed my parcel and i was sure the weight was written on the slip. She then advised me that the parcel might have been tempered with and there was nothing in the box. The lady's name was *****gwa.<br> <br> she also advised me to speak to Mengmeng from this number to initiate an investigation and claim but the number just goes without being answered. at one time i had to hold for more than 30minutes. I have also called the Speed Services number and again it goes forever without being answered.<br> <br> I need someone to assist me as soon as possible. There were items worth R1200 in the package.<br>
