parcel number : RU***NL missed with in 2 days and i'm very sad

Dear Sir/madam

I am very sad to inform you . last monday i went to international post office EMS i.e., on 18th Jan 2021. so at front gate ladies said the item was at post office and come on Thursday i.e., 21/01/2021 and today they are telling item is missed. i am not sure why it was missed and who is responsibility for this parcel and please let me know to whom i need to escalate.
