Parcel not scanned in system even after a month

Hi,

My parcel with RB ********** 67SG is coming from Singapore it was posted on 12-May-2018 and arrived in South Africa on 14- May-2018. After that it has no update, it was not even scanned in system. It is now more than a month but still nothing from SAPO.
