PARCEL NOT RELEASED

Good day

My parcel from Turkey arrived in SA on the 15th of Dec and still there ive been waiting and when I call in am being told that customs hasn't send the parcel through speed Couriers or no one answers. I send an email last week STILL no answer.. On Google no direct line to call customs

Am stressed this is too much Hellopeter so many bad reviews about customs it looks like no one cares
