Parcel not recieved for over a MONTH!

I am so unhappy with the post office service. A parcel was sent at the beginning of June, it arrived at the WITSPOS post office on the 11th of June and since then nothing has happened. It's sitting at WITSPOS for a MONTH now and still no communication. When I check the tracking app, it was scanned on the 11th June and since then nothing has happened... What is happening with my parcel??? I really thought this was a realible sevice but the sapo is really going down the drain... I wouldn't be surprised if my parcel mysteriously can't be found anymore...
