Parcel not recieved

<p>A parcel was shipped to me on 30 June 2016 on 11 July 2016 it still has the status of “In Transit”, I tried to phone the customer service line but there doesn’t seem to be anyone working there. I have sent two emails to ********** with no response from them. I even went to the post office in Rustenburg and all they could say was that the parcel is somewhere between Pretoria and Rustenburg…..</p> <p>Extremely unprofessional and inconsistent service, in the future I will much rather make use of a courier company.</p>
