Parcel not received since December 2020

if there was a rating below one star i would simply rate your pathethic service. my parcel was delivered last year december 14. till date i have not received my parcel im so angry at the fact that no one picks up the fones and no one responds to our e-mails. we are really not taken seriously as citizens of this country. i have spent my hard earned money to purchase these goods overseas and you guys have my goods stuck somewere which i dont even know. does anyone even work at SA post office or is it just an office with skeleton staff. i am really upset with the kind of service you give us and worse you are a state owned company.
