Parcel not received no feedback

This is the 3rd parcel from the US which I have not received. Typical South African service! I have sent e-mails but as usual we get the no care attitude from SAPO. SAPO/JIMC denies any isues with the postal service but look at all the negative revues but hey they will just deny any issues & give us their no care attitude. II***ZA (tracking number) show's still in transit since June. Unbelievable.
